Ok, So, I'm not getting on this whole Christmas Train just yet...

I've seen a lot of posts about who's having what for Christmas at their events.

Don't forget Thanksgiving!!!! We're all so rushed these days. 

It feels like we have the next Holiday shoved in our faces before we can get through the one in front of us.

Call me lazy, call me easy going...call me, maybe? (sorry, couldn't help myself!)

Remember my new friend? You met her a cpl weeks ago.

Well, she's not so new anymore! She's been coming around a lot lately!

No complaints, she's one of my best friends. We share a silly personality and love having fun.

She's not like most girls I know. Not like my sisters. She's not all...Fru Fru, let's wear pink, blaaah.

*cowers in the corner snickering to himself waiting to get yelled at by his sisters*

We went up to my playroom while my parents we're getting dinner ready..

Trust me..romping loudly ensued....

She was bouncing on my sofa and then just spontaneously jumped onto my back-

yipping like an Indian!

After running around with a little Indian girl on my back (i got tired)

We decided to see who could get more dizzy the fastest *chuckles*

She's say she won...buuuut...*shakes his head* Nope...boys are way spinnier!

Just as we crashed to the ground my Papa called us downstairs for dinner.

Everyone was there! And I do mean Everyone!!

We of coarse, along with my sisters was shunned to the kids table, as always.

That's ok though, we don't need grow'd ups in our conversations anyway!

I take pride in not being a neat eater...a neater! Pfft. hahaha.

If the foods good, gobbling it is the best manners!

My Papa would say, "Siddy, Gentleman don't eat with their chins."

Nonsense! (I'm losing my allowance for that one, surely)

As you can tell, Suri feels the same about her cranberry sauce!

Totally, completely, worth it.

Thanksgiving Information and lessons!!

a Friends a Visiting!!

Today was the greatest day!!!

I was walking to my other class at school today and I saw this girl wearing the same outfit as me!

We caught glances at each other and I noticed she was going into the same room as me.

I sat down next to her and started poking at her shirt and giggling.

I'm not sure what prompted this. The grow'd ups just say it's typical toddler behaviour.

I finally told her that I liked her shirt and sat back smoothing out my own so she'd take notice.

She handed me one of her crayons and we sat quietly and coloured.

At the end of class I asked her if she'd like to come over to my house and play after school.

She didn't answer me at first, she just sat there.

She doesn't talk much, really. But that's ok, I talk enough for the both of us!

At the end of class she went to the teacher and asked her to call her parents.

I overheard her asking her mom if it was ok if she could ride my bus home with me,

she handed the phone to the teacher and the teacher gave her a pass authorized by her mom!!

I was beyond thrilled! I love making new friends!!

The bus dropped us off just outside my house where my dads greeted us!

I made introductions and they welcomed my new friend Suri with open arms.

As per routine, my Papa had a nice cold Root Beer waiting for me. He brought out an extra one for Suri. We sat down on the front step and got to know each other!

My Papa gets these drinks specifically for the cool way they wear goggles. It's just fun!

Everything tastes better with cool goggles!!!

The fizz's must have gotten to our heads a little bit. We started to clink our bottles together like the grow'd ups do with their bottles! It's such a cool sound!

My family and I had a Pre-Halloween party this evening, who doesn't, right?

It's kind of a mandatory thing in this family, that Halloween isn't JUST for one night.

We celebrate it pretty much all month!

It's the best way to go! Anyway, as I was saying...PARTY! 

As per usual, I couldn't hold back from the festivities. Between treats "allowed" by the adults,

I was sneaking things here and there (I'm 4! It's what I do!! Don't judge me!)

Weeeellllll, let's just say...I may have overdone it this time....

I was massacring some pretty hardcore chocolate bars, they growled at me, so they had to be eaten!!

*unwraps the mean candy bar and demolishes it's evil spirit into his bottomless pit of a stomach*

*belches to himself, hears a rumble in his tummy and groans*

Oh no...that last bar must not have been exorcised properly...

I'm not saying I ate "too much" candy, I don't believe there is really such a thing. 

I will say however, you can eat enough to make you fall into a coma. It's a really thing! I swears it!

*Drifts off into a Candy induced Coma*....

*rolls around the table groggily, opens his eyes and notices it's dark outside*

Everyone must have gone home and to bed. Ugh! How dare they leave me by myself!

*shrugs it off, crawls down from the table and heads through the park towards home*

It's pretty eery out here...Fog makes everything look so much scarier!!

*hears a sound behind him, looks over his shoulder and sees some creepy shadows lurking*

*squints his eyes to get a better look and notices the shadows creeping closer!*

*He takes off running as fast as his tiny feet can carry him into the dark night*

Oh my gah, That was so scary!! I didn't know we had those kinds of things around here!

I need to make it home fast, who knows what else is out here!!

*He runs to the safety of the lights in the shops centre, relaxing a moment to catch his breath*

*approaching a local shop he hears a tap, looks up towards the window and shrieks as what he sees*
*almost falls flat on his hiney before running for his life!*

What's going on here?!?! It's never been'd this scary around here!
*away from the shops, he spots his house just up the way*
*gets a chill and shivers. Thinks to himself "I feel yike someone is watching me"*
*gasps* Oh my God! What's that in the bushes?!
*takes off running at lightening speed to the safety his house*

I finally make it to my house just in time! The sun is starting to come up! I'm Safe!!
What an adventure that was! Just in case. I should hide until everbody wakes up!
*grabs a basket and blanket from the laundry room just inside and covers his head*

No one will be able to find me unner here! All them spooks and crazy creatures will never see me!

I sneezed and started giggling when it was my turn. Luckily, Slender Man had my back!

Not someone you should trust on a normal basis by the way! He's a bit creepy...

An adult friend just so happened to walk by and interrupted my conversation (no hard feelings! Slender Guy was bein kinda lamo :p)

We walked to the other side of the park and I exploded into overly excited rants about all my new stuff!

She hoisted me up next to her on a crate and listened tentatively as I showed her everything.

I grabbed and tossed and flashed anything and everything my tiny fingers could reach!!! 

After some serious crazy gushing, most I'm sure not even understandable. She forced me in front of the camera!! (Soo hard to do :D)

A Parental View...

-As from a Parents prospective-

I love when my kids come home in a foul mood. 

You greet them at the door with a smile and they walk in with an angry look on their faces carrying multiple binders full of homework.

It's a sight to see let me tell you!

You hurry them along upstairs to get them started on it before they turn on your and eat you alive.

A kids attitude is something to be feared and respected, they've gotten it from somewhere!!

You head up to check on them, see if they need any assistance...

Then you walk in on them playing on their phone...

You take the phone and give them a scalding. Encourage them to keep at it. Demand if you must!

You carry on with your business and then decide to take them a snack. They must be starving after all that hard work! Right?!

The poor kid is exhausted and snoozing at his desk. You almost feel bad for him, but it's quickly replaced with an overwhelming joy. 

Your proud of him. 

Attitude and angry faces are all worth it when you see him hard at work.

Sugar Deprivation and Cool Downs

Things have been SUper DUper busy lately. End of summer sales; so my parents are dragging me around for last minute clothes shopping. (I don't mind really *grins*). 

Last chance camps and yard work before Autumn comes in full force. ugh! 

It's all enough to leave you thirsty and sugar deprived!

Perfect excuse to call in to your local events and get stocked up on anything and everything our tiny fingers can grab and carry!

Naturally, the best cure for sugar and thirst deprivation is to binge drink!!

 *burps loudly and covers his mouth with a chuckle*  Scuse me!

 Oh, this prolly wasn't such a good idea. *rubs his tummy and hiccups*

*grabs his cooler and soda and heads towards home whistling a catchy tune*

Shark Bait - OoHaHa!

It's great having access to a beach all the time (thanks for the great location family!)

During the warm seasons you can just hop on over and have an amazing time and explore!

I've never really gone in the water. I've heard some pretty scary stories about being sting'd by things and having to pee on people (which doesn't sound so bad, the peeing part that is.) But, It still took me forever to get the courage to actually go in! I'm really glad I did!!

I was scooping up some sand to make a castle, cause ya know, I'm a prince and stuff *grins cheesily*

Papa got a little concerned when he looked in the buckets and saw a little more than sand!

He sat me on his lap and told me all about sharks and how cool they are and how we have to be careful with them!

I don't know about you but, one of my favoritist things to do is to get wet and dirty!

It's been kind of a dry Summer. How is a boy supposed to get his mud on without rain?!?!

I hear da grow'd ups say "When life throws you lemons, make Lemonade!"

I think that same principle applies for other things...right?

 "When you get an Umbrella, Make it Rain!"

The Umbrellas aren't just for us little people. With a little adjustment, grow'd ups can have one too!!

Once Upon a Backpack!!

Parents and kids alike seem to love this time of year! Summer is over (womp womp). 

We've all had our share of fun camps. For some of us that was the beginning of a new Journey.

Now, we have to buckle down and put our learning hats on!!

The best part about school starting again? New Clothes! New Accessories! New Backpacks!!

I just arrived at the bus stop, looking fabulously cool with my new backpack from OUAT!

It wasn't long before more people started showin up at the Bus Stop. Apparently, it's a trend this year!

No big surprise that everyone had one. Do you see how cool they are?! They also play the theme song when clicked. It makes you wanna karate chop something!! Or has some Pizza...
