Fight or Flight? -RSC '16-

....Entry 3....

I don't even know where to begin. So much has happened since last I wrote!

The Pixies held a ceremony of sorts after we agreed to help them.

There was pixies everywhere!! They started wrapping us in twigs and vines and flowers.

They said that they were enchanted with protection and would act as armor.

I sure hope so!

 After ceremoning our faces off; my twin sister and I decided to get a grip on this "flying business".

It's not as easy as you'd think! Your body is kind of....floppy all over the placey.

Once you get your balance it's not so bad. I hope we get this before those pirates come looking!

 Just as the thought left my head, we turned a corner and saw some pirates unloading from their boat.

I immediately looked at my sister and screamed at her to run and tell the others. "Get Help!"

Just as I was pulling my slingshot back to fire, like Magic there was back up!

A few of my friends were accompanying some of the pixies.

Ready for Action!

They must have had a barrier up to warn them about intruders!

Quickly we surrounded them!

They must have been scared of all of us and thought again about attacking.

They scurried back into the boat and started heading back towards the big ship.

Not before they yelled some very piratey nonsense *rolls his eyes*

"We'll be back you silly landlubbers!" 

"Don't go getting too comfortable!"

"Before ya know it we'll be feeding you to the fishes ur using you as Shark Bait!"

The Fairies looked a bit concerned about the threats.

I wasn't scared though. I couldn't stop chuckling at the way they talked.

...There are a lot of ships, though...

Neverland in Turmoil? -RSC '16-

...Entry 2..

After spotting the pirate ships and running back to camp, -

 I reach my tent where I see the adults that were brought with us -

clammering around nervously and shouting at each other.

Not the Poster People for composure lemme tell you!!

While standing around trying to catch my breath, I overhear the adults saying that 

some of the kids were tricked into following the pirates!

Apparently they were promised a life of luxury only Pirates can maintain.

One of the parents suggested that we all get together and form a plan of action.

We decided to gather by the waterhole where we flew in...

As the adults are discussing how to get the kids back and trying to calm down each other,

I spot a small glimmer form the distance out of the corner of my eye.

As it gets closer it comes in clearly. Pixies!!! 

Frickin Pixies!!! *gasps* that bigger one must be the leader of the Pixies!!

As she approaches everyone starts to take notice and everything becomes silent.

Then, you hear this soft, calming, ethereal voice speaking.

"You must remain calm. We've seen your Children, they are safe. For Now."

"The Pirates have coaxed them into believing they offer something special."

"At the moment, the pirates have use for them. So Fear Not."

"We have been at war with the Pirates for as long as I can remember."

"We apologize that you've gotten torn into our Feud. But we need your help."

"We can help you save your offspring and get you home. We need to work together."

As the fairy continues to tell her tale the parents seem to fade into the background.

I then hear a voice as she speaks to all of us children separately. 

Telling us that she can teach us to fly. 

We just have to keep believing in them.

She then sends out her Pixies as they start to sprinkle a shiny glittery dust over our heads.

"Think Happy Thoughts", she says.

I thought about Doctor Who and Dinosaurs and Chocolate Milk!

I think my sister got confused about her happy thoughts, or she got scared of being off the ground.

The Pixie Leader Lady said that flight would be our most valued weapon...

I guess we shall see.....

Never Forever Land -RSC '16-

.....Entry 1.....


To whom this may reach,

We made it to Disney. 

If only for a moment. 

Half way through a ride my group was approached by fairies!

Real Fairies!

At first I thought it was part of the ride. We were at Disney! How we were supposed to know?!

The Fairy Princess who spoke to us told us of trouble she was having in her realm.

I can't remember everything that she said, it's all a bit of a blur now.

But I do remember that she said she had enough fairy dust to get us to Neverland.

But, not enough to get us back home.

In order for us to get home we would have to find Crystals to restore the Fairy Dust.

 So far, we haven't met anyone named Crystal.

While my group and many others that have been brought here were getting settled -

I decided to explore some (because I'm brave like that) and see where exactly we were.

It's not exactly how it is in the stories...

I noticed this furry fella following me. I think he might be lost too.

He ran to me when I knelt down to him. He seemed to be scared!

I gave him a price of my sandwich that I had packed in case I got lost. 

While he was nibbling I decided to name him!

"Sir Oscar Xerxes!"..."Sox" for short.

We started on our exploration adventure..Things were...a little different here.

I've never seen such big flowers in my life! All 4 years of them! Nothing like it!

That made me very curious about everything here! I set out to explore more.

What other odd things are here?! 

There's another thing, too.

It's really beautiful here and the Butterflies are veeerrrryyy helpful!

And there's Mermaids!! Real Mermaids!! That are made of Mer!

She was playing her harp really pretty. I didn't want to bother her.

Mostly, if I'm being honest. I was scared. 

She's a real life mermaid!! 

 And these rickety old bridges. "Sox" is so brave!! He kept me going!

It was swaying in the wind and the ropes kept creaking and the boards were wiggling.

I almos pee'd a little....almos...

 But there are ziplines!!!! Ziplines everywhere!!!! So many Ziplines!!!

And....Pirates?... Are those Pirate Ships?

*Grabs "Sox" and runs back to camp to tell the others*

Disney Dreams and Departure -RSC '16-

*Quickly opens his letter that has his Boarding Pass Enclosed. With it a letter!*

"Welcome to the wonderful world of Disney." 

"Here is your planned vacation and things you can expect to do."

The Itinerary Reads:

Saturday July 23rd 12pm ~ Departing 

Departure via NGI Railways. 

Travel across the nation in the super fast train!

Sunday July 24th ~ Horror Night Campout

Spend the night at the abandoned Treasure Island. 

Island is said to be haunted and is home to many wildlife including deadly crocodiles!

You will need to bring along a sleeping bag and a small tent for this one. 

Disney will not be providing these.

Saturday July  30th ~ Disney Concert

A Disney concert just for you!

"Be sure to visit all our major rides and attractions here at Walt Disney Resort."

"Vacation packages now available!"

That was a few weeks ago. Since then I've thought, dreamt and breathed nothing but Disney!

Last year was a bit of a disaster. We got stranded on an island for a week on some army base.

This year they've promised all measures have been taked to assure safe travels.

Sorry, my Papa says I have to go to bed now. We have a very busy day ahead of us tomorrow!!

Today is the day. You woke from a strange dream.

 In your dream you saw yourself flying across the city of London, 

you felt happy but at the same time there was fear that something strange is about to happen. 

After you realize it was just a dream you notice that the day has come and 

the thoughts of your dream are quickly replaced with those of your upcoming trip to Disney. 

I jumped out of bed and ran down the halls screaming for everyone else to wake up. 

Papa and Daddy and rushed to get all of us ready

Fed, Bathed and groomed to the nines!

As Papa says: "Ladies and Gentleman always look their best!"

We were then told to get our things together. 

Poppy and I fought over the larger suitcase. She screamed all kinds of things!

Papa heard all the commotion so he came in to check on us.

Boy, did we get a lecture *sighs heavily*

"Siddy, Gentleman don't lunge at their sisters." He says.

"Poppy, Laaaadies don't stick out their tongues."

After hours of finally packing enough unnerwears to appease the Big Dude. 

We were ready to catch our Fairy to the mainlands and head off to Disney!!

We all had to carry our own luggage. Except my sister Sami. She refused.

And I Quote:

"I'm not carrying a suitcase, because Papa paid for a man to carry MY stuff for me!"  

She says with her princess attitude.

*Facepalms*

Where's a Pirate to kidnap your sister when you need em?!

All Aboard!!

It's that time of year again!! 

We've all had our parents send in our submission for the annual Disney Trip.

Anxiously awaiting our boarding pass to be mailed to us like it's a Hogwarts Letter.

We watch for the Post Carriers and treat our mailboxes like Treasure Chests.

Once received we act as if Harry Potter is coming to pick us up personally.

I'm not saying this is a bad thing. I'm just simply explaining the happenings of events 

to those who aren't familiar with what is Richmond Survival Camp.

This may be your and your families first time.

They may not understand the excitement that is taking place inside you right now.

That's ok. Let's give them a minute to catch up....

 I couldn't reach my pass! I had to call in reinforcements. 

Luckily, my friend and neighbor Trudy is just across the way. 

She's also pretty clever when it comes to getting into things. 

"Thanks for helping me stack up some books!"

 She got pretty excited when I finally got it. 

She's going too!! This is going to be the bestest trip ever!!!

*a victory dances ensued*

I'm going to Disney!! I can't wait!!!

Oh, Mickey! Oh, Pluto! Oh, Buzz!!!

Ballet Business

It didn't take long after being back that my sisters- 

(Three,  I have 3 sisters. Three!!!!) decided to drag me to Ballet Class.

Let me be perfectly honest here. They didn't have to actually drag me...

So off we go to Little Toes Dance Academy. The teachers here are great. 

They all bring a different flavour to each class. Also, there's more than just ballet offered.

Their schedule is pretty relaxed and the recitals I've seen so far have been awwweeesssooommeee!! 

I had to have the teacher show me how to do a..."Ple-A"? 

That's where you spread your feet apart an then squat....

Sounds weird..I know...

Oh! Pointy Toes!! I was really good at this!! The teacher said I had great formation!

I just had fun trying to see how high I could jump. The teacher kept telling me to hold out my arms.

There's a lot to remember...

The best part was when they turned the music on. The teacher lead us into some fun dance moves to show off to our parents who were waiting to pick us up. I think I'll like this Ballet Business.

Even if it does have a bunch of girls everywhere.

a Friends a Visiting!!

Today was the greatest day!!!

I was walking to my other class at school today and I saw this girl wearing the same outfit as me!

We caught glances at each other and I noticed she was going into the same room as me.

I sat down next to her and started poking at her shirt and giggling.

I'm not sure what prompted this. The grow'd ups just say it's typical toddler behaviour.

I finally told her that I liked her shirt and sat back smoothing out my own so she'd take notice.

She handed me one of her crayons and we sat quietly and coloured.

At the end of class I asked her if she'd like to come over to my house and play after school.

She didn't answer me at first, she just sat there.

She doesn't talk much, really. But that's ok, I talk enough for the both of us!

At the end of class she went to the teacher and asked her to call her parents.

I overheard her asking her mom if it was ok if she could ride my bus home with me,

she handed the phone to the teacher and the teacher gave her a pass authorized by her mom!!

I was beyond thrilled! I love making new friends!!

The bus dropped us off just outside my house where my dads greeted us!

I made introductions and they welcomed my new friend Suri with open arms.

As per routine, my Papa had a nice cold Root Beer waiting for me. He brought out an extra one for Suri. We sat down on the front step and got to know each other!

My Papa gets these drinks specifically for the cool way they wear goggles. It's just fun!

Everything tastes better with cool goggles!!!

The fizz's must have gotten to our heads a little bit. We started to clink our bottles together like the grow'd ups do with their bottles! It's such a cool sound!

I stole one of my sisters headbands for the day...shhh...don't tell her!!

Things have been SUper DUper busy lately. End of summer sales; so my parents are dragging me around for last minute clothes shopping. (I don't mind really *grins*). 

Last chance camps and yard work before Autumn comes in full force. ugh!

Naturally, the best cure for sugar and thirst deprivation is to binge drink!!

Brother of Dragons...

I hear stories of my family history all the time...

My dad says that my great great great X a million grandmother was of Royal Blood.

She fought to be ruler of all 7 kingdoms. She was respected, under estimated but above all else, feared. You see, she had this gift. She could speak to dragons. A gift that I too possess.

Back then, I'm told, that they got around by horseback. Luckily for me, being a cool kid and all. I have a motorcycle!

I've grown up with my Dragons. We we're both born of Fire. It's an unexplainable bond....

Sometimes I forget that they'e dragons and have a animalistic side. They've never hurt and I don't fear them.

It's an amazing feeling to know that you're not alone. And, I never have to worry about bullies...

It's great having access to a beach all the time (thanks for the great location family!)

During the warm seasons you can just hop on over and have an amazing time and explore!

I've never really gone in the water. I've heard some pretty scary stories about being sting'd by things and having to pee on people (which doesn't sound so bad, the peeing part that is.) But, It still took me forever to get the courage to actually go in! I'm really glad I did!!

I was scooping up some sand to make a castle, cause ya know, I'm a prince and stuff *grins cheesily*

Papa got a little concerned when he looked in the buckets and saw a little more than sand!

He sat me on his lap and told me all about sharks and how cool they are and how we have to be careful with them!

Lil Speed Dreamer..

It seems like everything goes by so fast these days!

You know us kids are growing up quicker than you grow'd ups can blink!

I get asked a lot what I wanna be when I get to be a grow'd up.

I think hard about that a lot. It changes with every new experience. 

But this time, at least for now, I want to be a Race Car Driver!

They get to be hyper in a car and don't get yelled at for it!!

My dads got me this new bed set since it's my current obsession. Thanks Papa and Daddy!!

It's hard choices like, where these frames are going that keep me occupied...

Sometimes, when no ones looking. I like to slide down the hood, just for fun! (not an actual animation)
